    Tick-borne diseases widespread in horses: Many infections go undetected, study finds

    In a study led by the University of Agder (UiA), published in Microorganisms, researchers examined 331 horses from four counties. The results show that a full 66% of the horses have been exposed to one or more tick-borne viruses or bacteria.
