    As President Donald Trump’s tariffs drive a wedge between its closest allies, he’s preparing for a high-stakes meeting with Canada’s new prime minister, Mark Carney. "I'm not sure what he wants to see me about, but I guess he wants to make a deal,” the president said in the Oval Office on Monday.
